Saké in Texas?
Texas has a large rice growing tradition. For a long period during the early 20th century, Texas was the second largest rice producer in the USA. The rice we use in our saké is a variety grown from Japanese seed that arrived here more than 100 years ago. This history is what allows us to make great saké and we’re putting this great tasting history in a bottle.
