F1 isn’t the only thing revving up—Texas Saké Company is running on all cylinders. From our tasting room’s Grand Opening on Turkey-day Weekend  to cooking classes, special dinners, and geeky talks, we have lots of events for you!  Read on.

Tasting Room Grand Opening! 
Saturday, Nov. 24   2:30-7p

After a few weeks in Soft Opening, we are ready. We will be having our Tasting Room Grand Opening the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so bring your friends and family and enjoy this unique opportunity.  Along with a flight of our four select styles of saké (Two of which will be officially released that day). Our Toji-san will be on location to answer your toughest saké questions and give a saké 101 q&a. Mark your calendars, and use our online calendar to RSVP to make sure you have a seat.

Lenior will be hosting a special By-Catch dinner this Sunay and will be serving our saké during the event. A couple of our saké staff will be there too. If you haven’t already haven’t done so, this is a great opportunity to experience the talents of one of the best Chefs and restaurant currently in Austin.

A special Nerd Nite features local Food Experts this month at Central Market. Not to be missed, Nerd Nite is an entertaining chance to unleash your inner geek while in likeminded company. OurToji-san will be one of the first speakers, and will talk about ““What is Saké? And why would anyone make it in Texas?”. Your chance to learn while the Café serves our premium saké by the glass for your enjoyment!

If you want a sneak-peak of our Tasting Room before it opens, make a reservation here for this weekend or next and enjoy our yet to be released styles of Saké is the relax and cozy atmosphere of our Tasting Room. During these two weekends, we are extending 50% off saké by the glass and food plates for those with a reservation. You can also just stop in if picking up some bottles our saké kasu.
