We want to thank everyone who came out yesterday to support us at our Texas Saké Company 1-year anniversary and fund-raiser for the Lonestar Chapter of the Sierra Club. We had a great time and were able to raise a considerable amount of money for the Sierra Club from raffle and the pottery silent auction.
We’d like to announce the winners of the competition. The winner was decided by a mixed score based on judges (consisting of Chef Todd Duplechan of Lenior Restaurant, Toji Yoed Anis of the Texas Saké Company, and Diana Seidel, a professional potter), online voting, and public voting on the day of the event. The piece with the highest combined score was selected.
